We have used GlobalMapper to create a KML/KMZ file that contains some relatively simple lines that should 'lay on the ground.' However, when we view the file in our application or the WorldWind KML Viewer portions of the lines disappear below the tiles. Is there something I'm missing? Is there something I can do to make these LineStrings clamp to the surface? Since viewing the file in our application looks identical to the way the file looks when I open it in the WorldWind KML Viewer I don't think we've done anything in our application to cause this. If I add absolute then the lines disappear altogether below the surface. However neither of these improve the situation. I'm not sure what the default altitude mode is when none is specified, so I've tried adding relativeToGround and clampToGround to the LineStrings.
